The president, Mr. H. F. Guy, presided. The election of officers resulted:— President, Mr. H. Ingram; secretary, Mr. V. Cracknell. As a mark of appreciation, the services of the retiring president, Mr. Guy, were placed on, record. : " A decision was reached that the executive committee be done .away with and substituted by sub-committees of three or four members, and that the annual subscription bo increased to 10s. payable half-yearly, the second 5s being collected only if required. Messrs. Guy, C. Cameron and G. E. S. Brodie, together with the president and secretary, were appointed to elect the various sub-committee 3.
