HEARING ADJOURNED

Three charges of indecent assault on a boy at Cookie Bay were preferred against Frederick Morrison, aged 55, in the Supreme Court before Mr. Justice Fair yesterday. Accused pleaded not guilty. The Crown Prosecutor, Mr. V. R. Meredith, represented the Crown, and Mr. Finlay and Mr. Meek appeared for accused. After the evidence for the prosecution had been heard the Court adjourned until this morning.
