RHINELAND FRONTIER
GERMAN FORTIFICATION FRENCH WRITER'S ASSERTION PARIS, April 21 A special representative of the newspaper Excelsior, who is visiting the Rhineland, alleges that Germany is building a line of forts from Holland to Switzerland, and that 70,000 unemployed have been drafted from all over Germany to work on them. The men are being paid one shilling a week, plus rations.
