ALLEGED TREASON
OFFICIALS EXECUTED TRIAL OF MONGOLIANS TOKIO, April 21 Four Mongolian officials who were arrested a week ago and tried by courtmartial, have been executed. They include General Ling-sheng, formerly Governor of the North Hsingan province. Two other officials were sentenced to imprisonment for 15 and 12 years respectively. The heavy losses sustained by Manchukuan and Japanese troops in recent border clashes with Russian forces in Outer Mongolia were attributed to information supplied to the Soviet by General Ling-sheng.
