WRESTLING

KENT TO MEET MoCREADY EASTER MONDAY ATTRACTION Harry Kent, who opened the season in impressive fashion in Auckland when he defeated "Lofty" Blomfield, makes his second appearance in the north on Eaßter Monday night when he faces the undefeated Canadian. Earl McCready. It is reported that McCready will bo returning to America shortly to fulfil engagements with his new managers against the top men in the United States, and the new arrivals are keen to collect a decision from him before he goes. McCready is definitely in line for the best matches the sport has to offer in America, and his exhibition in Wellington on Monday night last revealed that he is in excellent shape to preserve his unbeaten record. Kent, too, lacks nothing on the sc(?re of physical fitness and his return bout with McCready in Auckland is assured of a bis following from the public. Kent's style has already made him a favourite with the crowd. The harder the match is the better Kent seems to wrestle and his devastating flying tackles provide that action of which wrestling enthusiasts cannot get too much. His speed surprised McCready in Wellington on Monday and the bout was one of the hardest the Canadian has had since ho came to New Zealand.
