SIR JOHN VICARS
TEXTILE INDUSTRIALIST SYDNEY, Feb. 29 The death is announced of Sir John Vicars, who was closely identified with the textile industry in Australia. He was chairman of the New South Wales Wool Committee and a director of a number of companies. He was a native of Scotland and was 78 years of age.
