MOTOR VESSEL LOST
SUVA, Feb. 25 The Government motor vessel Derek is a total loss on the island of Lau, Fiji, as the result of having been wrecked in a hurricane when attempting to salvage a cutter which was sunk in a previous storm. No loss of life occurred. The vessel was insured with Lloyd's for £7500.
