FAR EAST TENSION
FRONTIER INCIDENTS Times Cable LONDON', Fab. 24 ~ The Tokio correspondent of the Time» states that the Soviet has agreed to v participate in a commission to investigate the" recent frontier incidents. The Soviet has abandoned its claim for neutral members, but has demanded that its representatives should be equal to those of Japan and Manchukuo combined. Japan is conferring with Manchukuo on this point.
