MATAMATA COMPETITIONS [fkom our own correspondent] MATAMATA, Monday The fifth shoot of the Matamata Rifle Club for the Butler Championship Cup took place on Saturday. Following were the scores:— N. D. Stewart, 200 yds 44, 300 yds 48—total 92; C. J. Fleming, 44, 45—89; L. Park, 45, 44—89; A. D. Forster, 46. 42—88; H. R. lung, 47, 41—88; C. Landells, 44, 42—86; W. Butler, 42, 43—85; F. Pilchcr, 'l4, 41—85; J. Broom hall, 40. 43—83; H. W. Rollett. 41, 42—83; D. Roynolds, 44, 39—83; W. M. Griffiths, 45, 38—83; J. McLean, 41, 41—82; N. Pryce, 38, 40—78; W. James, 39, 89—73; D. Raethal, 43, 35—78. In conjunction with the above a shoot was held over 200 yds and 300 yds for the Neil-Johnstone Handicap Cup. Following wero the totals, handicaps being given in parentheses:—J.
