DEATH SENTENCE
FAILURE OF APPEAL SYDNEY, Feb. 22 The Full Court of Criminal Appeal has dismissed the appeal of Edwin John Hickey, a dairy haniC aged 17, against the sentence of death passed upon him on December 16 for the murder of Mr. Montague Henwood, New South Wales Conciliation Commissioner, in a railway carriage.
