MOTOR FACTORY STAFF WAGES INCREASE ACCEPTED ' [BT TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION"] •WELLINGTON, Friday The men employed in .the factor?! of General Motors, Limited, at Petone t| who ceased work yesterday in an effort to secure higher wages, held a meeting at 7.30 this morning to consider the otter of a penny an hour increase made by the general manager, Mr. W. MeHardy Forman. it was decided to accept the offer 1H the meantime, and, after passing a vot« of thanks to Mr. Forman for the way in which he had met them, the men resumed work.
