A PEER'S ROMANCE
Mile. Berthe Maria Emilio SclimidtImmer, a 34-year-old French governess, went out to look for a lost dog one day last year and found romance. The dog was lying wounded on the Shropsliiro estate" where Mile. Schmidt-Immer was employed. " I brought .it home," she told an interviewer, " and Lord Hill, who was a guest at the house, helped me to bathe and bandage its wounds. We discovered we shared a common love for dogs."
