NEW GERMAN MOVE

CHURCH NEWSPAPERS FREEDOM TAKEN AWAY BERLIN. Feb. 19 In spite of the guarantee under the concordat with Home of freedom for newspapers published under the auspices of Roman Catholic clergy, Dr. Goebbels, Minister of Propaganda, has decreed that, the "editors' Jaw " governing the German press as a whole,' shall be. applicable now to Roman Catholic and Protestant Church newspepers. The'ground is that they have misused their freedom by discussing political matters and making abusive comments on the Government's actions. Under the "editors' law" only Aryans may be editors, and they must support the Government without reserve.
