VISITING FARMERS
JOUR OF NEW ZEALAND ' ARRIVAL AT SYDNEY ' SYDNEY. Feb. 20 The 23 British farmers who are on their way to' New Zealand, where they will, study agricultural conditions and methods, arrived at Sydney by the Mooltan and were welcomed this morning by representatives of the Commonwealth and State Governments. Major-General F. Duncan, on behalf of the British National Union, which organised the tour, acknowledged the greeting. A separate party of 19 farmers, travelling by the Ulysses, will join the Mooltan group and. both will sail for New Zealand by the "VYanganella next Monday.' /
