Mrs. J. Thomson, of Lower Hutt, is the guest of Mrs. F. B. McWhannell, of Ohaupo.
Miss Lulu Dyer, Ti.nakori Road, Wellington, lias left on a visit to Auckland and Rotorua.
Mrs. R. B. Morton and family have returned to Morrinsville after spending a holiday at Milford.
Mrs. W. G. McKendrick, of Toronto, Canada, and Mrs. David Hield, of England, are at Hotel Cargen.
Mrs. I. K. Anderson, of Ohaupo, who has been staying at Devonport, has returned to her home.
Mrs. W. Willes and Miss V. Hynes, of Tai Tapu, Canterbury, have returned from a visit to Hawke's Bay.
Mrs. B. H. Turner and family have returned to their home in Epsom after spending the vacation at Huia.
Mrs. Trevor Goodson has returned to Hawera from a visit to Waiheke Island, where she was the guest -of Mrs. Blackey.
Mrs. Cecil Wood, of Christchurch, will leave early next month for Wellington to join the Ituahine on a visit to England. %
Miss Emily Spencer, of England, is visiting her sisters, Miss Jerome Spencer and Mrs. Hutchinson, in Hawke's Bay.
Miss Hilda Jones, of Auckland, who has been visiting Christchurch, is now staying with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Jones, in Wellington.
Mrs. J. H. Greig, of Longbeach, Canterbury, and Mrs. John Barker, of Geraldine, intend leaving this week for a visit to the North Island.
Mrs. Olds, accompanied by the Rev. E. T. Olds and their family, returned to Auckland at the week-end from a motoring tour in the South.
Mrs. F. Rhodes and Miss Joan Rhodes, of Portland, Whangarei, and Mrs. F. A. Snell,' of Hamilton, are at the Hotel Cheltenham, Devonport.
Mrs. W. H. Cocker returned to Auckland last evening from Wellington, where she had attended the conference of the Federation of University Women.
The Misses S. and G. Brann, of Cambridge, who have been spending the past month in Auckland, left at the week-end on their return to their home
Mrs. H. M. Lund and Miss Katherine Lund, of Christchurch, will leave today for Auckland, where they will connect with the Doric Star for London on Thursday.

Mrs. M. Harcourt Wybert, of Merivale, Christchurch, who has been visiting her mother, Mrs. C. G. Sidford, of Takapuna, loft last evening by the limited express on her return South.
Mrs. J. 0. Pairman, with Dr. Pairman and the Misses Dorothy and Margaret Pairman, have returned to Christehurch from a motoring tour in the North Island. They visited Auckland, Rotorua and Waitomo.

Mrs. W. 0. Thomson, Auckland champion of champions croquet plaiyer, and holder for Auckland of the provincial rose bowl, will return to her home in Mount Albert to-morrow from Palmerston North, where she took part in the New Zealand championship croquet tournament.
Mrs. Besemer Clark and Miss Joan Besemer Clark, of England, who have been visiting Melbourne in connection with the recent wedding of Mrs. Clark's son to Miss Elaine Brookes, are passengers by the Niagara for Auckland. They intend touring the Dominion before returning to their home by the Mariposa. C
