NEED FOR CONSERVATORIUM [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION*] "WELLINGTON, Wednesday The desirability of establishing a. New Zealand conservatorium of music on similar lines to the institutions in Melbourne and Sydney was suggested to the Prime Minister, Mr. Savage, in an interview by Mr. Poland Foster, a wellknown Sydney musician, who is giving a series of talks from broadcasting stations in the Dominion.
