AUCKLAND CLUB'S CARNIVAL The Auckland Amateur Athletic and Cycle Club will hold a full programme of events at the Western Springs Stadium tomorrow week. The sprint events will be over 75yds, 120ydH and 300 yds. Nominations will close with Mr. H. T. J. McNiel. 10 Palmerston Buildings, to-morrow. SPORTS AT JELLICOE PARK The Onehunga Health Stamp Campaign committee will hold a sports and floral display at Jellicoe Park on November 23. The Auckland Amateur Athletic and Cycle Club will* copduct the amateur athletic competitions, which will include a number of running and field events. A "wheelbarrow derby" will also be held. An attractive programme of floral competitions has been arranged Entries for the athletic events will close with Mr. H. T J. There was a good attendance and some fast times were recorded, considering that most competitors have, as vet, had little training.
