Lady Anderson, a daughter of Mr. William Teschemaker, of Nelson, New Zealand, founded the Personal Service League of Newfoundland and has done much to relieve distress. Her London friends pay' a tribute to the social genius and delightful personality of Lady Anderson, who gives energy and .enthusiasm lavishly in social welfare work. Her brother, Mr. Cecil Teschemaker,,/is on his way to New Zealand aboard tho Tamaroa, which left Southampton on November 1. •
