Coates, of Auckland, to this district, a change has been mado in f tho administrative districts. A new division has been created under tho name of Thames Valley and it will comprise two districts, 0110 of which will bo lhames, Turua and Ngatoa. Tho other will inclndo Paeroa, Waihi, Morrinsville and Waitoa, and also Katikati and le Aroha, when the guido company is revived in these places, In charge of tho latter district will bo Mrs. V. J. Innos, of Paoroa, wlio was notified this morning of her appointment as district corn-, missioner. Mrs. Coates and tho members of the committee were entertained by Mrs. Innes on Friday evening following the inspection of the brownie pack. Iho reorganisation was further discussed yesterday afternoon when the vice-presi-. dents met the provincial commissioner at tho Criterion Hotel. Last evening, following the guides' bonfire, the guide committee and the provincial commissioner Were entertained by Mrs. W. Barclay.
