SEQUEL TO FATAL ACCIDENT JUDGMENT DEFERRED [BT TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION*] NEW PLYMOUTH. Wednesday A jury to-day awarded tho full amount claimed, £2500, in favour of Margaret Laura Carlyon, against David Vincent Roguski, for damages for tho death of her husband as the result of a motor collision. Stanley Carlyon's motor-cycle struck the rear of Roguski's lorry, which was parked unlighted and nosed in to the kerb. . Mr. Justice Reed agreed to defer entering judgment until further consideration had been given nonsuit points raised by counsel for the defence.
