LYNCH LAW AGAIN
FATE OF A NEGRO KILLED BY TENNESSEE MOB (Received November 5, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK. Nov. 4 A message from White Bluff, Tennessee, states that Baxter Bell, aged 45, a negro, who was accused of slapping a white woman, was seized from the police by a mob to-day. He was taken several miles away from the town and fatally shot. His body was thrown into a thicket.
