Fraser, of Rotorua. the Maoris of the Ngati-Whakaue tribe d<>cided to hold a tangi in his memory. This afternoon the traditional ceremony was carried out, orations beinn delivered by the various elders of the tribe. There was a large attendance, including many Maori returned soldiers. To-morrow afternoon full military funeral honours will be accorded and the interment will take place in the returned soldiers' cemetery at .Muniika Point, Ohinemutu, behind tho famous Maori church. ———— V
