UNIVERSITY LABOUR CLUB The question of guaranteed prices for produce, an important point in the Labour Party's programme, was presented by Mr. W. J. Lyon, Labour candidate for tho Waitemata constituency, at a meoting of tho Labour Club at Auckland University Collego last ? rrx £ 9' Grant, a member of tne City Council, presided. A discussion on the arguments presented by Mr. Lyon followed, some speakers disputing the efficacy of the proposed system in accordance with Socialistic principle!!.
