[COURT CASE IN HAMILTON [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON - , Tuesday Arrears of rent totalling £75 and •possession of a tenement were claimed by a house owner in the Hamilton Magistrate's Court to-day,. Plaintiff said he had received no rent from defendant for over four years.
