TE KUITI WINTER SHOW
SMALL PROFIT REPORTED [BX XELEGIIAPH —OWN correspondent] TE KUITI, Tuesday A small profit of £l6 for the 1935 show was reported at the annual meeting of the Te Kuiti nnd District Winter Show Association, which was held last evening. The retiring president, Mr. L. Sparks, presided over a fair attendance. The election of officers resulted: — Patron, Mr. W. J. Broadfoot, M.P.; president, Mr. K. W. Low; vice-presi-dents, Messrs. G. 11. Kidson and A. J. Sutherland; treasurer, Mr. H. J. O'Loughlin; auditor, Mr. M. J. Strange; secretary, Mr. J. G. Irvine; executive committee, Messrs. S. Ji. Holah, L. Sparks, 0. M. Wright, J. Blacktnan, L. It. De Casiro, J. H. C. Douglas, H. Pocock, F. Sparks, P. Hughes, J. H. Harrison, S. Baddele.y, K. L. Eden, H. Higgins, J. Verran, J. Henderson, W Mcllae, A. B. Jordan, Mesdames A. B. Jordan, C. M. Wright, W. Iledley, H. J. Irvine, and J. Stuart. It was decided that a wool competition should bo inaugurated at the show next year.
