INTOXICATED CYCLIST
THREE MONTHS IN PRISON NOT TO DRIVE FOR TEN YEARS [BY TELEGRAPH —FRESH ASSOCIATION 1 DUNEDIN, Monday Cohort Julius Olson made his fourth appearance at the I'olico Court to-day on a charge of being intoxicated while in charge of a motor-cycle. Ho was convicted and prohibited from cirivitin for ten years, and was sentenced to three months' imprisonment. On a previous occasion Olson was fined £lO. His licence was then cancelled for a similar period, but he. was given a permit to ride to and from work, provided ho took out a prohibition order. The magistrate said accused hnri abuser 1 the trust placed in him and had only himself to blame for the position in which he now found himself.
