MCARTHUR TRUST

BUILDING IN SYDNEY LEAVE TO SELL GRANTED (Received September 4, 12.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 8 The Equity Court to-day finally dealt with the question of the reserve on the Trust Building, Sydney, which is to be offered for sale at auction in October. The Court on August 26 had given the McArthur Trust, of Queensland, leave to be heard on the subject of the reserve which had been fixed by the Court, but the amount had not been disclosed. Mr. Justice Long-lnnes, in giving judgment, said he was satisfied the reserve had been fixed at the proper amount and leave was given to the public trusteo to sell the building at public auction at the Court's reserve (which was still undisclosed) or, failing that, by private treaty, subject to the same reserve and notice of sale to be advertised.
