FULL INQUIRY SOUGHT GOODS SERVICE RESTRICTIONS [BY TELEGRAPH —SPECIAL REPORTER] WELLINGTON, Friday A full inquiry into the working of the Transport Act on the grounds that much dissatisfaction was felt concerning its administration was sought in the House of Representatives to-day by Mr. C. H. Clinkard (Government —Rotorua), who addressed a question on the subject to tho Minister of Transport, Mr. Coates. He added that restrictions on goods transport had not been contemplated in the legislation and that it had not been intended to create the necessity for costly litigation. Mr. W. E. Parry (Labour —Auckland Central): It took you a long time to find it out.
