INSURANCE POLICY LOS ANGELES, Aug. 29 A local attorney, claiming to represent Lloyd's, said he had delivered a cheque for 2,500,000 dollars to Mrs. Will Rogers in full payment of the air risk policy which her late husband held with the London company. This is about equal to the amount at which the estate was otherwise estimated.
