DOMINION CHAMPIONSHIP The third game in the Dominion amateur billiards championship, metween W. E. Hnekett and J. G. Adams, was played last evening, the former winning by '217 points. Adams hud difficulty in settling down and Hnekett, by consistent scoring, opened up n wide margin. The winner's principal breaks were 21. 39. '24, 35, 34 . 29. 21. 20 , 21, 2G. 21, 33. 20 and 25. while Adams' best efforts were 20. 23, 25, and 28. The winner of the Auckland open championship, L. Holdsworth, will play A. Walter Lindrum. and Clark McConachy visited Morrinsville Inst evening and gave an inteiesting exhibition of billiards, snooker and trick shots. In the billiards exhibition Lindrum beat McCnnnchy by 788 to C>4B. The biggest break was 1 hat of Lindrum, of just over 300. in which nursery cannons were fully exploited. After a snooker game, won by the New Zcalnndcr, the remainder of the evening was devoted to elementary lessons by Lindrum and trick shots by AlcConachy.
