PURCHASE BY COUNCIL [BY TELEfiRAPH OWN CORRESPONDENT] TAURANGA, Sunday The Tauranga Borough Council has purchased from Mr. Alexander Dickio, of Waverley, a block of land of over nine acres, with frontages to Devonport Road, Tenth and Eleventh Avenues and the eastern waterfront. The purchase price was £I2OO. It is the intention of tho council to develop the area as a public park and domain. *
