MATCHES IN WHANGAREI [fkom oun own correspondent] WHANGAREI, Saturday It was unfortunate that the weather conditions were so wintry to-day when the Training College girls' basketball team visited Whanparei. Matches were played at the High School grounds. Whangarei A, 7, beat Training ■ College, S; and Whangarei B, 14, beat Bawene, 7.
