NEW TEXTILE MILLS
SACKING AND WOOLPACKS SCHEME IN SOUTHLAND [by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] INVERCARGILL, Monday It was stated by a director of the' company to-day that textile mills to be established in Southland with the assistance of -English capital would employ hundreds of operatives. The manufacture of every class of hessian sacking and woolpack from New Zealand fibre was to be undertaken to supply tho Australian and New Zealand market.
