TWO LAUNCHES LOST NEW SOUTH WALES COAST FISHERMEN DROWNED By Telepiaph—Presa Association—Copyright (Received .Tune 19, 1.15 n.m.) SYDNEY, June 18 A large launch sank to-day in a rough sea in the vicinity of Norah Head, midway between Sydney and Newcastle, find two men were drowned. They were Frank AY ilson, aged 40, and Norman Cross, so, fishermen, of Terrigal. A 'second launch, which was being towed by the other one, had sunk a few minutes before. Nobody appeared to be on board the latter. The lighthouse officials at Ivorah Head, and watchers from the shore, saw the large launch towing the smaller unoccupied one through mountainous seas and the assistance of a tug from Newcastle was arranged. However, before it could reach the spot, both launches had disappeared. Searchers for the other launch which was missing from Cronulla located the wreckage washed up three miles from the spot where the three occupants went fishing.
