BUTTER-FAT PAYMENTS
ADVANCES AT TAURANGA [by telegraph —OWN" correspondent] TAURANGA, Tuesday The Tauranga Co-operative Dairv Association will pay to suppliers on June 20 for butter-fat supplied in May 8d per lb. for first-grade, with the usual premium of id per lb for superfine quality.
MAUNGATUROTO OUTPUT AN INCREASE RECORDED [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] WHANGAREI, Tuesday The season of the Maungaturoto Cooperative Dairy Company, Limited, ended May 31, 1935, has been very successful. The number of suppliers is 306, which is the same as last year. The output of butter was 1055 tons, compared with 963 tons for the previous year, an increase of 92 tons. The value of the output was £87,262, an increase upon last year of £7703.
