SUCCESSFUL YEAR'S WORK [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON. Tueßday "The association recorded a period of achievement last year," said Mr. B. H. Andrews, the president of the Frankton Ratepayers and Citizens' Association at its annual meoting last evening. Mr. Andrews reviewed the many subjects that had received the attention of the association during the year. The election of officers resulted:— Patron, Sir Alexander Young, M.P.; president, Mr. B. H. Andrews; vicepresidents, Messrs. T. Parker and M. James; secretary, Mr. P. Allsop; committee, Messrs. C. Tindell, J. F. Shepherd, G. S. Anchor, E. Pointon, and P. I). Leahy.
