INQUEST ADJOUBNED SUPREME COURT ORDER NO EVIDENCE YESTERDAY By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received June 18, 7.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, June 18 The inquest was formally resumed to-day before the city coroner, Mr. E. T. Oram, into the death of James Smith, one of whose tattooed arms was disgorged by a captive shark at Coogee Aquarium on April 25. Before any further evidence was called, however, the proceedings were adjourned until .June 27. The coroner explained that he had been served with a Supreme Court order calling upon him to show cause why he should not discontinue the inquiry. In the circumstances he could not proceed until the Supreme Court's decision had been given.
