KAIKOHE, Saturday The North Island Sheep Dog Trial Association's championship meeting, which commenced on Tuesday at Te Ahnahua, near Kaikohc, concluded this morning with the huntaway, in which 2G dogs competed. Hie championship winner in this event was W. O'Connor's Peggy, with 41 points. The other placed dogs were:—J. Griffin's Boy, 405; A. J. Edelsten's Baldy, 40; and W. V. McTntyre's Roy Bruce, 381.

Special prize-winners were:— Gainsford Challenge Silver Cup, for dog scoring most points in long head and Bhort head —N. G. Mackenzie's Donald Dhu. Lillico Shield, for clog showing best style at ring and yard in long head and short head.—R. ,T. WiffinV Bet Rutherford Memorial Shie d, for or dogs scoring most points in one heading event and huntaway.—Frasor Smith McLean Memorial Challenge Rose Bowl, for dog scoring most points in huntaway.— W. O. O'Connor's Peggy. Donald McDonald's Memorial Cup, for one dog scoring most points in long and short head, and two dogs scoring most points in huntaway.—J. Turlev's Lad, Moss and Glen. , Secretary's Challenge Shepherd s Crook, for youngest competitor among first three winners in any class. —N. G. Mackenzie. Teachers and Son's Challenge Silver ( up. for most natural pull by dog in lons and short head.-H. Buckley's Fay. Co-operative Wholesale Society s Challenge Cup. for rough-coated collie.—K. J. McDonald's King. Walker and Hall's Challenge trophy, for smooth-coated collie.—C. TViffina Fly. Hold en Trophy, for beardie collie.— E. Mclennan's Bell. . Bay of Islands Ladies Fifty Guinea Trophy, for dog scoring most points in long and short head and dog scoring most points in huntaway.—J. Turlev's King and Moss.
