WEDDING

FR UNCI!—BLAKE The wedding took place on February 28 at the home of the bride's brother-in-law and sister. Mr. and Airs. Frank W. Trower, of Oakland, California, of Miss Grace A. Blake, of Oakland, and Mr. Will J. French, of Berkeley, member of the Federal N.R.A. Compliance Council for eight western States. Mr. French, who was at one time resident in Auckland, Avas formerly chairman of the Industrial Accident Commission and was director of the State Department of Industrial Relations. At one time he was a lecturer in the department of economics at the University of California, states the Berkeley Daily Gazette.
