YACHT BISSY GIRL DEPARTURE FROM TAURANGA NEW ZEALANDERS ON BOARD [I3Y TELEGRAPH OWN CORRESPONDENT] TAURANGA, Friday The French auxiliary yacht Bissy Girl, under Captain Victor Brisson, which arrived at Tauranga from East Cape, via Mayor and Slipper Islands, on Wednesday evening, sailed at three o'clock this afternoon direct for Sydney. Mr.- and Mrs. Raymond Hardley, of Auckland, who have been cruising in the yacht, left to-day for Invercargill. Captain Brisson has with him his Polynesian deck hand, Nikla Ru, and three young Tauranga yachtsmen, Messrs. Percy Siuimonds, Robert Lucas and Donald Maginness, are also making the trip.

A large number of Tauranga residents assembled 011 the wharf to seo the Bissy Girl sail. As she moved out hearty cheers were given. Captain Brisson estimated that the voyage would occupy about a fortnight. The weather was excellent, with a steady south-westerly breeze, when the yacht left Tauranga.
