ROMANCE ENDED
AIRMAN AND ACTRESS ENGAGEMENT CANCELLED LONDON, March 12 The engagement between the noted airman, Mr. T. Campbell Black, and Miss Florence Desmond, actress and Sim star, has been terminated by mutual consent. Miss Desmond says she intends to resign from the directorate of the Campbell Black Airways, which it was proposed to form to undertake all kinds of aerial transport. The engagement was announced after the result of the Melbourne air race when Mr. C. W. A. Scott and Mr. Campbell Black won the event.
