OFFICERS FROM ENGLAND [ny TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Wednesday A passenger by the Rangitane which arrived at Wellington from London today was Commander Basil R. Willett, D.S.C., R.N., who has been lent to the New Zealand Government for service in H.M.S. Dunedin. He is accompanied by Mrs. Willett and their two children. For the past two years, Commander Willett has served in the Tactical Division at the Admiralty. He will succeed Commander P. B. R. W. William-Powlett, who has completed three years in the Dunedin, and who is leaving for England about the middle of April. . Other naval officers who arrived by the Rangitane included PaymasterCommander H. K. Tottoli, LieutenantCommander G. M. P. Fuller, Lieuten-ant-Commander L. Gowlland and Paymaster Sub-Lioutonant B. K. Freedman.
