KILLING OF STOCK
ALLOCATION AMONG WORKS SHEEPOWNERS* APPROVAL [by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION'] CHRISTCHTTRCH, Wednesday The Canterbury Sheepowners' Union to-day passed a resolution endorsing the action taken by .the Minister of Agriculture and the Meat Producers' Board in allocating killings of stock among the freezing works in Canterbury as being in the best interests of the producers. The question was raised also at ft meeting of the North Canterbury Farmers' Union, but the meeting decided not to consider the matter in the 7 meantime, but to invite a representative of the board to address the next meeting of the union.
