Wilson, presiding. In the season just ended /ivents were decided on the club's course t*i Whitiora on ten days, including the. Nnrih Island Challenge Stakes and Hamilton Cup, stated Mr. Wilson. Extensive alteration! to the club's enclosure, plant and fittings carried out during the year, and the c'.rb , now had a most up-to-date-track. Application had been made for the 1935 New Zealand Waterloo Cup to be decided at Hamilti r,. The statement of accountn disclosed a credit balance of £l2 after substantial payments had been made for iitakea and improvements. The following officers v ere elected:— Patron, Mr. R. T.
