POLICE FORCE PICNIC
OUTING AT PINE ISLAND The annual picnic of the 3 Police Force in Auckland was held yesterday at Pine Island, and was attended by nearly 800 people, including member® of the force of various ranks, their families and friends. Weather conditions were favourable, and a particularly enjoyable day was splint on the beacli. Swimming and beach games wera popular, while a programme of organised sports was also completed. In addition, an entertainment, including juggling feats, was provided by Mr. Norman Tnit. v
