FRENCHMAN'S SUCCESS INTERNATIONAL CUP WON (Received January 25, 6.5 p.m.)- : LONDON. Jan. 24 In the Monte Carlo motor-rally the principal award, the International Cup, was won by the Frenchmen, Lahaye and Quatrespus. An Englishman, J. C. Ridley, was second. Ridley won the Riviera Cup.
