Monday In a teams' match on Saturday the 1 names Valley Tennis Association's representatives beat an Auckland team by 13 matches, 247 games, to 10 matches, 228 games. Idea! weather prevailed and 'the courts were in good order. There was a fair attendance of spectators and they wdle treated to some good exhibitions. KAITAIA AND KAIAKA CLUBS [by telegraph—OWN correspondent] KAITAIA, Monday At the weok-end a team from the Kuiaka Tennis Club defeated a team from the liaitaia Tennis Club by 18 sets to 14. Kaiaka \v*ou all the Jadies' singles and doubles matches, while Kaitaia won all but one of the men's singles and all the men's doubles. In the combined doubles Kaiuka won by five sets to Kaitaiti's three. «
