NIGHT PLAY AT CAMBRIDGE [PKOM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT] CAMBRIDGE, Monduy More than 200 local and visiting bowlers and their friends attended the inauguration on Saturday of night bowling at the CamJji . e „ s greens. The lights were officially switched on by the president, Dr. H. 0. lod, who made appreciative reference to the work of Mr. W. R. Edwards, who had originated the scheme in Cambridge. Congratulations to the club on its innovation were voiced by Mr S Lewis chairman of the Domain Board, and Mr' tl. Priestley, Mayor of Cambridge. Mrs. Tod threw the first jack.
