GROWTH OF TOO H

FIRST DOMINION FESTIVAL GOVERNOR-GENERAL ATTENDS [BY TELEGBAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Monday The progress of the Toe H movement in New Zealand was demonstrated by the crowded attendance of members and friends in the Wellington College Memorial Hall on Saturday night to celebrate the first Dominion festival. The Governor-General, Lord Bledisloe, patrOn of the New Zealand Toe H, and Lady Bledisloe were the chief guests and, in accordance with the traditions of the movement, all present joined as a family in Ringing and good fellowship. The gathering ended on an impressive spiritual note when the simple "ceremony of light" was performed. The speakers were Lord Bledisloe, the Rev, Herbert Leggate, visiting padre from English headquarters, and Dr. F. T. Bowerbank, Wellington regional chairman.

The "ceremony of light" was performed by representatives of 42 "families" of Toe H in New Zealand and several of the school circles. In it thanks were given for some ten years of Too H growth and service. A cablegram of greetings, received from the founder of the movement, Rev. T. B. Clayton, was read to the meeting.
