Chatham ran n very easy seven furlongs in 1.43. Lough Neagh and Pandion also did an easy seven furlongs in 1.33. Silver Ring was responsible for the best 'seven furlongs of the morning in 1.29}, the first half-mile in 50Jb. He carried a light boy and was lightly ahod.
